TIMETABLE
DUE TO COVID-19 THERE ARE NO IN PERSON CLASSES RUNNING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Online classes are available. There is a weekly hour long vinyasa class released every Wednesday and other shorter classes throughout the month. Fee is £15 per calendar month and registration is via Eventbrite. Once registered you will receive an email detailing payment details. The classes are recorded and viewed via Vimeo (password protected) which means you can participate when it suits you and as many times as you wish.

Classes are priced at £5
Mat hire available if required is charged £1
Private sessions start at £30 for 1 hour please contact me using the contact me tab for more details or to arrange a session
All mats and equipment needed will be provided.
