I am an Ayrshire based yoga teacher. I had the privilege of completing my Yoga Alliance RYT 200 training on the beautiful island of Maui in Hawaii in May 2017. Since then I have fallen even more in love with the practice of Yoga and get so much pleasure from sharing what I have learnt with everyone who comes along to my classes.
